→ Our amenity package includes access to all community amenities, trash and recycling, and concierge services for $30/month and is included for the first year. Rental rates listed do not include utilities or amenity package, or WiFi.

→ Electric, water and sewer utilities are sub-metered and billed directly. High-speed WiFi is $65/month. Energy-efficient heat/AC pumps run off individual electric usage.
